Mini-Italians of Orange County
E-mail:mini_italians_oc@yahoo.com http://www.geocities.com/mini_italians_oc/home.html

Need some Italian language and culture support for your Italian-speaking family with small children (infants to 5 year-olds)? Mini-Italians is an informal group of Italian-speaking families, started in Orange County in 2004, and has grown rapidly in the last few years. Enjoy picnics, play dates, and outings with other Italian-speaking parents and their little ones.

Started in 2006, as an outgrowth of the Orange County chapter, this support group now has over 110 members (mostly moms), as well as an online forum for virtual meetings to share information, ask for help, and offer opinions. Events include childrenís play dates, momís night out, picnics, camping trips, and seasonal celebrations. Open to Italians (the majority of members are Italian-born), Italian descendents and Italian-speakers.
