LACMA has a famous group of Roman antiquities, several of which came from prestigious British collections (Hope and Lansdowne), in addition to medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and 18th and 19th-century Italian art. Some artists represented in the collection are Rosso Fiorentino, Jacopo Bellini, Canaletto, Andrea della Robbia, Batoni, Soldani-Benzi, and Baglione.
